Under the current circumstances I am focusing
on an
anxiety and stress reduction.
Generally the profession is the same as
psychologists except that psychologists focus
on the history of the client while Life Coaches
support the now and the building of future .
We believe that we just facilitate the road to
a better life .
Our work causes a shift to a heightened state of awareness in which challenges are easily resolved.
We don’t focus on the problems; we shift the patterns of thinking that created them. When this change happens old stubborn issues are rapidly and permanently resolved.
